I think I might be the only person who had explored about this phone for almost more than a Month then finally bought this 🙂 So I bet my review can help many buyers who all are planning or are dicey to go for “Asus Zenfone Max”Without wasting any more time lemme start with the detailed review :Please Note : I have read each & every reviews for this cellphone given on Flipkart & Amazon & have understood what are the major concerns/issues of this cell which are bothering ppl to go for this.1- I got this product delivered on 13 Feb 2016 & today is “01 March 2016” so after using this cell for almost 15 days I can confidently say dat “I’m satisfied” with the overall features of this cell.2- I found that many ppl saying that this cell is bit heavy i.e around 200gms & my answer for this question/concern is “Yes this cell is bit heavy but it is not that heavy which will make you feel uncomfortable to hold it, Prior to this cell I used “Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8” for 2 years & to be very honest I didn’t find any difference in weight for both this product.3- I also found that many ppl gave some poor comments about the Camera & my answer for this question/concern is “let me tell you one thing about myself that I’M a photo savvy guy & I click lot of pictures & you can find them by searching me on Facebook, Insta etc by [email protected] The Front Camera has awesome shutters with damn good picture clarity & the rear camera is also good to go with many terrible shutters. So if even you’re are a person who loves to click pictures then without being dicey JUST GO FOR IT!!4- The Zen UI is too good, there is no lag & no heat in this cellphone even if you use it for many hours.5- Yes!!Read more ›

I was happily using this phone till it suddenly stopped dead well within the warranty. When the Asus hotline help desk was not able to bring my phone to life I searched for local Asus authorised service centre at Dehradun. My experience with the service centre head who attended me was so irritating that I decided to throw my device instead. It was so phony that, other than invoice copy and delivery confirmation letter of the seller, he demanded copy of my first email where in I had put a demand to the seller for this device along with confirmation mail from the seller . Obviously no one keeps such mail for a year or so. But he insisted. Then he checked my mobile and showed me that the screen and back cover had some scratches mark. I told him I had no issue with these. He said he would not service my mobile unless I replace these two parts COST PAID. And the cost of these would be around Rs 8000!!! I argued but it was so irritating that finally I decided to throw my mobile at him and walked away…..
